Free Resources – Mindfulness
Mindfulness can be described as paying attention to what we are experiencing in this moment, and doing so with a particular attitude: One of curiosity, openness, acceptance and warmth. Simply observing what we are experiencing, right now, and bringing a warm curiosity to whatever arises. In formal mindfulness practices our intention is often to centre our awareness on one particular experience, such as the sensations involved in breathing or the sounds that we can hear, or to widen our awareness to incorporate a range of experiences simultaneously, or to watch where our attention goes without getting caught up in particular experiences. Mindfulness is also something that we can bring to any aspect of our day-to-day life, cultivating the same qualities of curiosity, acceptance and warmth.

Free Resources – Self Hypnosis
Hypnosis is widely recognised as a very useful tool to begin to tackle limiting self-beliefs that we all hold. Many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves, go back a long way, often to childhood and are more often than not the views of others that we have taken through into adulthood and believe to be true.
Whilst these beliefs may or may not have had foundation as a child, they often have no basis in later life.
So how do we begin to shift those limiting beliefs from our life once and for all?
Self-hypnosis, when practiced regularly (possibly each night before you fall asleep) can have a dramatic and highly positive effect on our sub-conscious mind. New positive thought patterns slowly begin to replace outdated old thoughts about ourselves and new default beliefs takes their place.
